Returns

We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will work promptly to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund.

Due to the personalized nature of some of our products — including engraved keyholders and customized jewelry — returns or exchanges are not accepted for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method between 5 and 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
  • Personalized or engraved items that are not defective cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and replacement at no additional cost.
