How long does shipping take?
In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days. Custom or engraved products, such as our keyholders, require up to 5-7 days for production before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns for defective or damaged items. Custom and engraved products are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.
How much does engraving cost?
Engraving is available on select keyholders for $25. You can include up to 3 lines and 8 words.
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely accept major credit/debit cards and will expand payment options in the future.
